Tiny eye blisters underneath eyelid?

Hello, I'm sorry if this question has been asked before in advance.

I've noticed the past few days it's felt like there was a hair or something stuck in my left eye. Last night I checked it out and pulled my eyelids down so I could take a look.. My right eye is fine, my left eye has 2 definite "speck" sized looking blisters under my eye lid. One of them I have to pull the lid as far down as I can to get it to become visible.. I guess my eye is rubbing up against this and giving me some slight discomfort. Is this something that I should be concerned about, or will it heal with time? What could be causing this?

I'm a 23 year old male, in good health. Thanks for your help!

Dear Paliv,

I would recommend that you see an eyeMD to check out these lesions as you are experiencing some discomfort.  They can be oil glands that have clogged, inclusion cysts, or a host of other things.

I am a 27 year old female with the same exact thing.  I have it on my left eye and it feels as if something is in my eye as well.  If you find out something before me could you let me know?  My name is Annijki.

I would totally appreciate it.
