Type of exercises I can do if I have eye floaters

Hi, would like to ask what kind of exercises I am able to do if I have eye floaters in both eyes and occasionally see flashes but several visits to the ophthalmologist have found nothing wrong. My myopia is -12 in both eyes and I have been seeing floaters for about two years. Are low-impact exercises that use light weights (1kg) and stepboards ok? I've heard that jogging isn't good for those with floaters - is this true? Thanks!

Personally as a long time exerciser (marathons, 100 mile bike rides, triathalons, etc) I think the home rebounder is not a very good exercise aparatus. If you insist then ask your surgeon. If it were my patient I would say no

You need to ask your ophthalmologist for sure but in general light weights, stepping, low impact aerobics and jogging are all okay for my patients.
