UNEVEN PUPILS

So one week ago i had an accident...A racket ball hit my eye.I went to the ophtalmologist who said i had an edema and retina cracks probably from the hit...The assistant (before the doctor checked me) used dilating drops in my eye....In the same afternoon they used dilating eye drops for the surgery but my eye wouldnt dilate...After use of many different eye drops it did and the doctor performed cryosurgery and laser in my eye.The next day i had my eye checked(again with dilating drops and my eye had a difficulty dilating)...Then again in two days(past friday) i went for a check up.This time the doctor said she would check both eyes so the assistant used dilating drops in both eyes.My right eye dilated relatively fast but the other one(the one i had surgery on didnt). It took time for it to dilate...So now i have notice tha in dim light my left eye doesnt dilate as much as the right eye...The doctor performed has seen my eyes with an opthalmoscope last friday and found npothing wrong but still....Should i be worried???A week passed since i had surgery....i dont remember if the doctor checked my eyes before the drops i think not...I dont know should i be worried???

Thank you for your kind answer
Well i went to another opthalmologist for a second opinion(since my appointment eith the other doctor is 2 weeks away)..The problem still persists. The doctor said i had 0.5 more dilation in the right eye but he wasnt concern as i told him a dont remember having it before..He said i should consult with my doctor but he is certain its from the cryosurgery and my eye will need time but will get back to normal. When i see my surgeon in two weeks i shall ask him..Until then i hope the other doctor was right and its nothing serious.

Dear audrey2ad,

I would express your concerns with your eyeMD.  It sounds as if you have had a serious eye injury and may have suffered some damage.
