Vision Impaired

I have type 2diabetes recently I have had problems with my vision.my left eye in particular,which when looking to the left goes completely out of focus,I have recently had my eyes tested at opticians,with eyesight being quoted as very good with no need for glasses.i have also been experiencing blurred vision in both eyes,and dizziness.dont know if connected but have also had a bad neck,stiffness tension with pain to neck and shoulders,have in the past been diagnosed with scoliosis, and suffered with bad back due to nature of work,(builder) any advise would be helpfull

If your blood sugars are not well controlled it may be causing your vision to vary and have trouble with reading, focus, distance vision. It may take a couple of months after your blood sugars are under good control (A1c less than 6.9 ) for  your vision to stablize. Be sure that your eyes are examined by an Eye MD ophthalmologist not an optician at a chain optical.
