Vision only correctable to 20/25

My vision in my right eye is only correctable to 20/25. My left eye is 20/20. Prior to this both eyes were 20/20. I have astigmatism in both eyes but slightly worse in my weaker eye. My astigmatism also developed in my weak eye a couple of years prior to the other eye. What could be the cause of me not being able to achieve 20/20 in that eye? I just had a thorough exam with an ophthalmologist and he did an OCT and he said it looked perfect and healthy. He mentioned that my photoreceptors looked good. Any thoughts? I’m also myopic -2.75 in both eyes

The possible causes are almost too extensive to list. It's like saying "I don't feel good today what might cause that". Some things that would need to be ruled out: better glasses testing (the skills of refraction vary), cornea disease including having a cornea topography,  early cataracts, optic nerve disease (macular and nerve fiber layer OCT),  early glaucoma (need visual field exam and amsler grid).      Your next step would probably be see a cornea Eye MD ophthalmologist to look at your cornea and lens and get cornea topography.   I'm assuming you don't wear contact lens as that is a common cause.

I do wear contact lenses because I’m myopic. When you say that is a common cause, do you mean by that? I also had an OCT 3 days ago with a retina specialist. He said everything looked healthy and my photoreceptors look good. I can schedule an appointment with a cornea specialist but if any of the above mentioned where the case, wouldn’t the retina specialist have seen it and then referred me? I asked him 1,000 times if I had any eye diseases and he said no. Thanks for your reply
The retina specialist I go to doesn't address corrective lenses, corneal issues, or cataracts.  The office does check IOP however.
Contacts lens add another diminish to eye problems especially gas permeable but soft can also especially if worn "extended wear" (sleep in them) as they can warp the cornea and cause "irregular astigmatism"
