Warm compress

I have Blepharitis, the only time my eyelids aren't red is for a while after I do the hot compresses, why is this? What can I do to keep them like this besides doing warm compresses every 30 minutes? I have seen specialists and opthmal.

I'm sorry but generally when you use heat it dilated blood vessels and make the tissues redder. I can't help you with an explanation.

I know about blepharitis, of course I have looked at the archives and found out everything there is about it... But I can't find any reason for this specifically...
