Waving street once stop after driving in a daytime

After driving in a day time for maybe an hour or more, and once I stop driving and stand up, I feel like Asphalt is waving, this might last for ten second or more..this situation used to happen once every year for example , but now happening more often but not every time I drive in a daytime . Don't know exactly why and maybe cannot describe it proper way.

Am suffering from chronic shoulder and neck pain a feeling light dizziness but when this happen it is not dizziness or shaking or unbalance I see the street going up and down in small wave, maybe staring in day light maybe something else behind , please share your opinions or experiences with such strange feeling

Typically this is due to low blood pressure on standing up and is called orthostatic hypotension.  Almost no eye problem would cause that.  You do of course need a complete medical eye exam by an Eye MD ophthalmologist.

Thanks for your reply. Let me clarify that it happened when I just stop moving the car and not when I stand up.
And the street is waving up and down only and not evrey thing around me.
Not saying this is your problem but people have that problem when laying down for a long time and then standing up, or sitting for a long time and standing up.
This happens to me often while walking for long periods, If I stop and looking to the asphalt I can see like the asphalt is moving, I see some motions dots, I think this is benign and it's called waterfall effect, but I am not specialist, Im just saying because it's the same motions I see if I played games like guitar hero
Thanks for sharing your experience.
