My left eye has sph -0.50 & Right -0.25 also VA is 6/6 on this vision do I need to wear a glasses or not? Also from last month I'm wearing 0.50 vision glasses but don't know about its minus or plus.

No you don't need glasses. That glasses RX is almost window glass.
