In the middle picture, your left eyeball looks more prominent. There are many reasons for this, and the correct diagnosis can be obtained through a complete examination with an ophthalmologist. If you live in the U.S. and are not insured, you can obtain a free exam with an ophthalmologist through the American Academy of Ophthalmology's EyeCare America program. Many ophthalmologists (including me) are involved in this program, and we are referred patients without insurance to examine and treat.
have you had your thyroid tested. it may be connected as I had this years ago and was diagnosed over active thyroid

Here is another picture. My left eye seems to bulge out. I have no health insurance, and charity care does nothing. I feel so helpless:

Thank you, Doctor. As this time, I am currently awaiting benefits from my job (I've been waiting for longer than usual, and feel I am being cheated) and cannot afford a visit to an opthalmologist. I have uploaded the pic again:

It's a bulgy puff of a circle and makes taking pictures impossible!
Your picture had been removed, so I was not able to access it. Without an exam, it is very hard to say what is going on, but the degree of swelling you are describing is not normally seen with blepharitis. I would see an ophthalmologist for an exam.
