What is long term prognosis for Normal Pressure Glaucoma?

I have NPG for 14 years, (18 pre treatment pressure). RE no damage, LE OCT scans show 1 area or damage, moderate diagnosis. For 12 years I was stable on latanoprost.  Last 2 years pressure keeps rising, tried different drops, ALT, recently cataract and stent surgery.  I am 66, with another 20 years or so to live, wondering long term prognosis for disease today?  Most studies I found were older, and indicated 10% risk of blindness.  Thank you

Glaucoma is a very unpredictable disease, glaucoma is actually more than a dozen diseases depending on how you define.  Normal tension glaucoma is poorly understood and completely unpredictable.  So we can never tell how fast any type of glaucoma will progress, especially NTG.    NTG is felt to be small vessel disease to optic nerve so important to stay extremely healthy: don't smoke, watch blood pressure, cholesterol, diet, weight, A1c (diabetes tests), etc
