What is pseudo papilledema?

A few months ago I was diagnosed with pseudo papilledema. They ran  plenty tests like an MRI and having a Ocular Fluorescein Angiogram done to rule out anything else. The thing  I don't understand what this means and what might cause it. When I have asked my doctors they never have a clear explaination. I have noticed now that my eyes make me feel dizzy and a little nauseated. The dizzy feeling seems to be getting worse...it makes me feel as though the room is moving kind of like vertigo but I am seated not  moving around when it happens. It's only when I move my eyes do i get the feeling that my whole body or things around me are moving too. I really hate the feeling... but I'm not sure if I should go in for another exam or it this just part of this condition. I hope you can help me understand what all this is.
Thanks For Any Help,

Dear katsal,

I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD to determine the cause of your complaints.  It is definitely worth pursuing as your symptoms are worsening.
