White mist or snow chills when I see this.
Hi, I have this for the past 2 days. Me when at home can see a white mist moving around and out it turns becomes normal with snow chills like thinks and when I'm back indoor places I have the snow chills.
I eyesite view is cloudy and could some other water droplets... Sir

You meaning is still in doubt but if you are saying your eye sight is cloudy you need to see an eye doctor either Eye MD ophthalmologist or OD optometrist,
