White spot on the colored part of my eye ball

My eye has been bothering me for a couple of days.  Feels like something is in it and the light bothers it.  I noticed last evening that there is a white spot on the colored part of my eye.  Should I seek medical attention about this or should it go away?  Please advise.

Based on my experience, you are having tired eye and now it is getting dry.
Try to wash your eye, if the spot still there, you should meet your eye doctor (probably cataract).

If it is not permanent, then:
Dont work too much, take a long break, 5 days vacation.

My suggestion dont put any chemical on your eye before you know what happens.

cheers
