White tissue like stuff on using sterile eye drops for conjunctivitis

when i put in sterile eye drops it is pain full and there is a white tissue like stuff coming from eye after sometime and lot of itching .

I have been using these eye drops for past 25 days and also applying antibiotic cream at night.

It does not look like pus or anything nor my eyelids are stick together in morning.

What can be the cause of this?

Thank you doctor,

The eye drops is LOTEPREDNOL ETABONATE TOBRAMYCIN SULFATE USP solution.

Is this due to eye drops?

This is part of the medication if you are using prednisilone acetate or it could be mucous.  You need to see your ophthalmologist.
