Wrinkly eyes after "blepharitis"

Hi,
During lockdown I sent a picture of my very red and irritated skin and eyelid to my doctor. He said it was blepharitis. I was advised to use hydrocortisone. It did stop the redness and the irritation but it has left me with extremely crinkled skin around 1cm under my tear duct. I can send pictures if required. It looks terrible and ages me. it looks awful when I put make up on. What can i do to return it to normal?
Any help is appreciated.

this is not something that lends itself to an internet forum.  You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist.
