I've experienced a drastic increase in blue entoptic phenomenon. I used to have it only when looking at a bright sky, but now I see it everywhere when I'm outside and even when i'm outside in the early evening. Is there an explanation for why it is increasing?
Yes, your preoccupation with it. The more you look for it, think about it the more apparent it will be. Also increase in general anxiety, stress, depression will also make it worse and more apparent.
