blue light from computers

Is there a significant amount of blue light from computers, and specifically, is the amount higher in computers that use LEDs vs fluorescents.  How does the amount compare with other sources, can the amount be determined prior to buying a computer, and what minimizes the exposure.

Dear matthewpaul
There is blue light emitted from LED’s. Some people are bothered by the bright blue light as it disturbs sleep cycles and vision.  There has been little research documenting the effect of these lights.
