blue sclera
My daughter, 15, has developed blue sclera. She has been on claravis 30mg 2x a day for about three months. Could this be the cause?

Sometimes, areas of bluish colored sclera are normal in certain eyes but since I cannot see her eyes, it is very important for you to make an appointment with an ophthalmologist in your area to have the eye looked at. There are conditions that can cause dangerous thinning of the sclera but the eye is usually irritated and red somewhat. Unfortunately it impossible for me to tell you what she has without physically seeing her eyes. Good Luck.
