My two year old granddaughter oval pupils and nystagmus

had serious eye infection at birth was told it woluld not cause any problems . she had eye test year ago they said all was good no problems. my son pointed out she has oval pupils they informed him this was not a problem she has now had another check up and they say she might have nystagmus could you help me understand this situation please. jenn is a lovelly child an all seems ok but she dose have a strange way of studying things close up and quite intensly all my best garry

No I'm sorry the details are way too vague to give you any useful information. It would just be speculation and not beneficial. To the extent that you are able I would urge she be seen be a pediatric ophthalmologist for evaluation.
