Nancy I'm sorry but we can't give you any reassurance. It's a change in your vision. You have severe problems. You need to discuss with your personal physicians. Keep trying to conject or just up and go in to the office tomorrow morning and sit til you're seen.
Goood luck.
JCH III MD
Sorry,
Sorry, I am not trying to be a pest, but I was hoping that it did not mean anything, because he has seen my eye, since I had the new symptoms. He just does not have the info about the new symptomms. He looked at my eye last Monday, but he did not get the information about the doughnut and new sticks/floaters. The doughnut is in the middle of my eye. I thought that it was the scar tissue over the macula. The assistant had minmized the importance of what I see of the ERM after I had her get another question to the doctor.
I will get on the phone in the am and tell them to get the information to him. I called last Thursday but the assistant cut me off, telling me that "the doctor took a good look."They have a 24 hour tech, but I could not find the phone. I talked to my therapist today, and she convinced me to call this evening.
The doughnut is not like a detachment, because he did not see anything, and it is not in the middle of the eye?
I was just making sure that I explained it clearly.
Apparently, you agree that what I look at, in addition to what the doctor sees, matters, too, right?
