Do you recommend the use of N-acetylcarnosine drops for the treatment of cataracts?

Dear katharine935,

I have no experience with this drop for the treatment of cataracts.

No.  It will not help and there are no available medical or herbal treatments that have been shown to be effective at slowing cataracts.  Ask yourself, with millions of cataract surgeries performed in the world every year, do you think that we would still be doing this if there was a drop that would reduce cataracts?  Anyway they do not work.
