cataract surgery after RK

I had previous rk surgery and had cataract surgery in left eye three weeks ago.  I was 20-40 before surgery and I am 20-40 after.  The surgeon said the calculation was more complicated, but could get me to 20-25.  Is this just a bad iol calculation?  Should I consider re doing it to get a better result?

Can my vision be improved? I am a 62 yr. old female, post-RK/Cataract (L-eye only) surgery patient, experiencing hyperopic shift, vision fluctuations and poor vision at all distances. I need a comprehensive examination by a competent doctor who has significant practical experience in treating post-RK patients. Facility/Doctor Recommendation please.

I can not tell from the info.  It can take upto six months for an RK eye to stabilize from cataract surgery.

IOL calculation for post RK patients are very difficult.  Also, after surgery it can take months for the cornea to stabilize.
