cataract surgery problem

I had cataract surgery on left eye using AcrySof MA60AC IOL three months ago.
I have some problems I am unable to find the answer to.

(1) When looking at a point source of light at night (street lights,etc)
     I get a Horizontal beam of light streamming from center to right and left of center,expanding as it extends out. with a short stream from center to right at about two oclock.

(2) I know this sounds funny,but we just had a full moon.
     I see the moon clearly,But at 10 oclock and 8 oclock I see 1/2      overlapping moons at about 1/3 the intensity of the actual moon.
     Only with the left eye.

I looked up dysphotopsia,Unable to find imfo on the visions I am seeing EXpecialy the moons.
But the problems of light streamming appear to be related to IOL with squair edges,
But I am unable to find on web whether AcrySof MA60AC IOL are squair edged.
This would explain some of the problems.
How would I find out,other than an appointment with my DR.
He says the position is ok and the cornea is now clear.

Usually this means you need glasses over the IOLs, or if you have glasses the RX is wrong, sometimes it can indicate cornea problems or the  IOL may generate the reflexes (dysphotopsia) or the IOL could be out of position (rare) or the membrane behind the IOL is cloudy (secondary cataract)

Discuss with your surgeon.
