cataract surgery redness/bleeding

i had a cataract surgery month ago, but still it doesnt look like its healing well., i noticed a redness of my eye,. it looks to me that its like bleeding from the stitch...my surgeon gave me tobradex., well it does work....it's does stop the bleeding/redness, but when i stop using it. it comes back again!!!....i really dont know whats happening, plese help!!.......i don't have diabetese my fbs-5

Yes both are potentially normal.  Need to be examined to be sure though.

yes thank you,..... and one more thing after a month i also noticed that the middle part of my eye, the one that contracts when there is too much sunlight.....i noticed that it's a bit larger than the other one,. is that normal. im also a bit sensitive to sunlight now....specially if it's the middle of the day. i havent seen my doctor yet...

You need to ask your surgeon what's going on.  You shouldn't have to use tobradex past a month after surgery.  Something unrelated to the surgery may be to blame.
