Just follow your surgeon's advice and wait as long as he tells you to.  Since I haven't examined your eyes, it would be impossible for me to tell.

I can only speak as to my experience with them.  Most patients don't have a noticeable bump visible after two weeks.  If you feel with your finger however, an irregularity could be felt as the inner side had to be cut on and that may stay for a long time.  As of now though, you should not see a bump.

Usually within a weak or two.  It likely means there was another one next to it that they missed or that they didn't get all of it which could happen every once in a while.  Go back to the ophthalmologist to see which it is.
