cloudy vision?

i had a detached retina repaired in 2006. i have floaters that dont bother me...since the other day. i noticed that they sort of changed...not more, but they gathered differently. now sometimes when im tired, and look straight ahead, there is a cloudy part of my vision. when i blink and look away, they move and clear vision is there again. is this somehting to worry about? its not blurred vision. almost as if there is mucus and i have to clear it out.

It sounds like you may have a nebulous clump of floaters that is in the central vitreous, interfering with your vision.  Just an educated guess.  It may not be a major new problem, but regardless, you should at least call your retinal specialist and have a new exam in order to be safe.
