The reading power of the crystalens is known to be fairly weak. Every case is different. If your "lazy" eye deviates more after your surgery, there is not much you can do for it other than possible wear glasses or contacts again. Prisms will not help much because they cover up the problem and don't get to the root cause. You just have to give it some time and see what happens.

I'd think that you could wear progressive glasses over your Crystalens eyes. The glasses could correct any residual refractive error (if necessary) and help with your near/intermediate vision. If they didn't help straighten your lazy eye, probably the addition of some prism would solve the problem.
hi, it is normal not to be able to read without readers with Crystalens. I had mine done in one eye 2 months ago and still need readers for small print and computer. Most everyone else on this board says the same. As far as your lazy eye see what the doctors say but the reading is probably not related.
