Fungal eye infection??

Dear Doctor,
My eyes are itching since almost month.
No redness, just I notes some discharge in the morning. Eye swab showed Light growth of Aspergillus niger, which I have in my ear, as well. I don´t have any other immunological disease or problem. For ear infection I was prescribed Fluconazole tablets, since my ear drum is damaged from childhood and I cannot take drops.
Is it any eye anti fungal cream or drops which I can take for Aspergillus, before I have bigger problem with cornea.
Thanking you in advance,

Not all fungal cultures form the eyes need to be treated.  You should go see a cornea specialist who could check your tear duct as well as the eye itself for signs of infection first.  Taking the systemic fluconazole may get rid of the fungus in the eye as well as the ear (if it works).  I wouldn't necessarily take antifungal drops without having a significant problem in the eye to make it worth it.  So do get a good exam by an ophthalmologist to help you decide.
