dark eyes

my ancestors cme from Siberia, my parents have also dark eyes  such like me, but from my parents side  everybody had dark eyes with no  vision problem at all, my grandmother and grandfather did not wore eyeglasses uptil 75 years, will I have such a good eyes as years are passing? if my husband has blue eyes and mine is brwn how shall i know the eye colour of my baby?  has the jewish rase  a genetically weaker eye or not?  thank you

Anti-semitism has many faces and often hides in seemingly "innocent' questions. Certainly its not something we will tolerate on this website.

As a generalization dark brown genes are dominant and "cover" blue eyes. However since many people carry recessive genes you cannot predict eye color. Two blue eyed parents might have a brown eyed child and vice versa.

There is also no way of predicting if you will develop eye disease as your get older. It is almost certain that you will need glasses for somethings someday---most likely in your early 40's.

Jewish people do not have weaker eyes, what a quaint notion.
