dcr lester jones tube

i had tear duct surgery dcr in sept 2010 and have to have the lester jones tube removed in march  how do they remove the tube

If the tube has not migrated, I believe that it can be removed in your doctor's office under topical anesthesia.  In some cases, I believe that surgery may be necessary to locate and remove the tube.  What did your doctor tell you about tube removal?
