dilation of eye blood vessels

I have extremely red eyes, the veins are abundant and I wanted to know if there is a laser that can remove them.

Not really something you can treat with laser which would not address the underlying problem that caused the redness in the first place.  It could be from dry eyes, allergies, sun or wind exposure, chemical exposure, prior injury or other causes.  Usually it takes many years to get to your stage.  Please see an ophthalmoligist to talk about what you can do to lessen the redness for the future.  You need to know the cause in order to start the proper treatment regimen.
