It really is the best thing for dry eyes that I have ever came across, and I know a lot of people that agree.
Accidents can cause optic nerve damage and brain injury, which leads to vision changes. Some of these are low blink rate, dry eyes and sight behavior. Dry eye is a chronic condition, however you can ask your eye doctor for a prescription like increasing tear production, and treating the inflammation of the eyelids.
