dry eyes

I had an accident and bruised the left part of my face, just sparing my eyes. But, my eyebrow region was swollen and now when i cry, i see that my left eye produces considerably lower amounts of tear than the right one. And i sometimes feel that something is lodged in my eyes.

I use a product called Natures Tears EyeMist.. it is an all natural mist for dry eyes, and the particles are so fine it will actually absorb into, and replenish your tear film instead of harming it. It really is the best thing for dry eyes that I have ever came across, and I know a lot of people that agree.

Accidents can cause optic nerve damage and brain injury, which leads to vision changes. Some of these are low blink rate, dry eyes and sight behavior. Dry eye is a chronic condition, however you can ask your eye doctor for a prescription like increasing tear production, and treating the inflammation of the eyelids. You can also try some alternatives to treat dry eyes by blinking regularly when staring at a computer screen or reading, wear sunglasses when you go outdoors, increase the level of humidity and ask for nutritional supplements for dry eye condition from your doctor.
