have just got back from eye examination,report says small esophoria at near and full vision, and a perceptual brightness difference between eyes, futher investigation required? Dr John thanks again for advice. could you tell me what the futher investigations would be for? happy to say the blurred vision has gone :)

Have a esophoria is not unusual and generally doesn't require any work up or treatment. Perceptual brightness differnce in the abscense of any other symptoms of findings doesn't require work up.

Be sure you are entrusting your eyes to a Eye MD physician ophthalmologist. In my opinion you should not be seeing an optometrist non-MD non-physician..

I can't tell about the red screening test.  I would work with the eye doctor to evaluate your complaints. I can't come to any conclusions based on your symptoms.

sorry to bother you again, but the optician had a stick with a red blob on it and asked me what color it was and i said red obvious to me, but when he held  it away to sides it was black also on sides it was only red held in front and to left. hops you can help is that normal? also on up and down?

thank you :) just logged back on so i guess the innny eye is not a prob, but my eye still hurts, cant focus that well with it and it is starting to give me a headache at front back so maybe eye stress, after all, it just wont stay where i want it too, left eye is fine. pressure 17 left  n right so its ok i assume, i can feel it pulling towards my nose which is silly i guess

the room limit has been reached so will try again tomorrow, the eye pain wasn't addressed at at and has increased after the hour eye test, also have strange feeling in lip i put a spoon of yogurt in my mouth and the spoon felt  ' soft' against my lip?
