eye pain ,buzzing in ears and mild headache

hi ...well to start off with i am a 23yr old guy and currently workin in a software firm..i have to sit in front of computer for around 7-8 hrs a day..i started off having pain around my eyes.it is not in a regular frequency but sometimes its really a bad pain.My ears also feels buzzing sensation and there is a constant mild headache most of the time.I wear -.25 dioptre specs nd hve followed every prescription of the doc.But nothin has helped.i visited ENT as well and he advised to go for CT scan.The CT scan also reveals normal.The neurologist gave me a painkiller(maxgalin 75mg) and antidepressant to try out for 2 weeks..Still i feel the pain sensation and mild giddiness as well as buzzin in ma ears..i m not able to work properly..help???

Thanx Micheal,i wonder may be it is due to stress.Since i have visited opthalmologist from 3 different hospitals all have revealed normal findings except for the slight power -.25.Whai i actually feel is that the muscle of my eyelids is kind of weak as if i am in drunken state.In fact it starts off with a feeling of irritation and then starts to pain.i don't have issues regarding workplace or environmental related..cud u pliz suggest any remedial exercises and other tips to keep eyes healthy so that i shall feel good..your feedback will be highly appreciated..

Sorry, I'm not much help regarding the buzzing in the ears.  It could be related to high stress or anxiety, or uncontrolled blood pressure, sinusitis, ear disease like menier's disease, or medication side effects. Make sure your hearing is tested and of course see your primary care doctor to have a whole body physical exam and see an opthalmologist becauese of the eyestrain.  I wonder if you might have some problems with your workplace - such as enviromental issues.
