eye pain

I had a corneal abrasion in June had treatment at my local hospital, still having severe pain in eye, redness, sometimes puffiness, feels like I have something in the eye. Should I seek medical help? Or is this still the healing progress?

Thank you for your answer, as I said that my eye is still very painful after all these months,

I will see someone when the xmas period is over

You need to see an ophthalmologist.  This is not normal.
