Hey I have had the same thing. It got ugly fast. Its started as a itcy patch on the lower eye lid. Then a red bump formed. Then it started to look like a pimple filled with pus. Thats what it will end up like. In order to get rid of it Id say take sea salt & hot water and mix it in a medium bowl untill it cools. Then grab a cloth and soak it in the water bath. Ring it out and place it on your lid. This will eventually make the pimple pop. Cleaning out the pimple. After that happens maintane int cleanliness with warm fresh water. I had the bump on my eye and was in college at the time and could not bare going or taking numerous days off just so people wouldn't look at my face. So try it; the more you do it the faster it will break. Since your breaking your skins surface to allow the bacteria or pus out; you are making a slit opening on your skin. It is very important to keep it fresh and dry it out after it pops. I found my eye healed its self. well take care!
