my left eye is literally swollen shut don,t have the slightest clue what it could be
If there is pain, fever, tense swelling you need to head to emergency room to be sure its not orbital cellulitis. the most common cause is allergy. If you are not feverish and in pain you could try cold compresses and oral antihistamines and maybe some allergy eye drops like Zaditor or Visine allergy eye formula.
