fuchs guttata and lasik

i have had rk in both eyes and lasik in the right after-upon chking my left eye it was determined that i have guttata-not previously known-i am fifty six-should i go ahead with the addit lasik on my left eye knowing this problem could crop up-my mm count is 2200 last year and 2100 as of this date.    your input would be appreciated-ken

Hello Ken   If additional lasik is important to you, I believe that most ophthalmologists wold do a lasik on a cornea with a cell count of 2200 (that's pretty good for 56-lots of reserve). LASIK is not especially hard on the cornea endothelium.
