grey patches on my child's sclera

hello
2 days ago ,while checking my girl eyes(she is 5,5 year old) i saw small, grey ''patches'' on her sclera  that are visible only  when you lift up the eye lids! there are more of them on her left eye! As well there are loop nodes(i think) like little veins that end in a ''spot'' as she is half iranian she had an asian spot on her bottom! she has got  a blue vein on her nose just between her eyes and around her lips.it looks as if she dirty around her mouth.I managed to check right eye of my 12 months old girl and noticed (the only place i could see properly) that grey patches under her lower eye lid! I am not sure if it was all grey or she had those seperate patches! it was vey faint in color! she didn't have any asian spot,if that matters! please, indicate what it can be as I read it can be cancerous! how do i recognise if it is just the choroid or the disease! of course i plan to take my girls to the doctor(it's just it is difficult to get there)I live in UK,THANK YOU

It is probably benign. There are Axenfeld Spots which occur as pigment along the white of the eye where nerves or blood vessels penetrate. This is normal. Melanosis is also normal unless it is extremely diffuse or has large irregular ares. The "Nevus of Ota" is not necessarily normal either. As long as these areas you describe are small, then they are benign. Go get the checkup when you can. Good luck.

I forgot to add that 1,6 year ago my dauhgter had an illness that name I don;t remember(it was a name of a man) her joints started to swell terribly,I thought her skin will break, swollen places were warm and she had red rashes everywhere! she was given antybiotic and it  started to ease then to go away! do you think it may be connected to the problem she has got now!

Make sure you are seeing a pediatric ophthalmologist and not an optometrist.  Children with scleritis usually have other evidence of a systemic disease and this could be worked up appropriately.  Pigmented spots are very common in people of Iranian heritage but it sounds like the spots on your child's eyes are growing.  It is not knowing that is making you worried and looking at all the bad possibilities will drive you crazy.  Take all the steps required to find out exactly what is going on.  First step is to get examined by a pediatric ophthalmologist.

dear Doctor
My daughter had 2 appointments with 2 doctors and one said that she MAY have thinning of the sclera ,other said that again, she MAY have thinning of the sclera or bluse sclera! Is this thinning of sclera an disease called Scleritis?I will add that some of the grey patches are irregular shape and have vessel in the middle but there are bigger parts that don't seem to have them! so I assume they were guessing what is wrong with her eyes! I want to have private consultation tomorrow because my feelings are telling me that something is wrong but can you tell me what should I ask the doctor? what tests can be done to exclude all the serious diseases! now I am going to see my GP to ask about bone disease as the consultant said she may have it! one more question! I know that those diseases can affect the hearing! how serious that can be! I will add that both of them said it is not serious and there is nothing to worry about...but what about if he meant scleritis? how not to worry! please,Answer my questions! thank you ,very worried mother!

I noticed that some of the grey patches are not connected to the vessels and I am worried that it will grow then!should i be worried?well,I am any way!the areas are small but not really round as I thought before!can i recognise if it is serious?can they damage her eyes in any way?please, tell me more as I am going mad!there are really many of them on one eyes and I am worried that they are just growing an will cover her sclera soon and is serious! how do I know that the grey patches  are not cancerous?thank you!!
