There may have been some damage to the 7th cranial nerve (facial nerve). You might line up an appointment in a month or two with a ENT or neurologist if the problem persists. If it worsens or something new develops see a physician sooner.

I had a tooth removed a couple of weeks ago by the emergency Dentst. Since then if i laugh or smile my mouth goes to one side which is the side i had the tooth removed. Also i cant bring the bottom of my teeth to my top lip. And my eyes feel heavy and strained, also they squint a little. Im not sure what this is
If you have a droopy eyelid, double vision, headache you should head for an emergency room. Otherwise if just a heavy feeling two weeks is not bad at all especially considering how long it takes to see an ophthalmologist in some European and UK countries.

Hello! sometimes the left eye of mine is heavy.I am afraid because i dont know what it can be. 5 days ago i had flu,i thought that it was sinusite, but i did not have neither tempreture not the other simptoms ,beside the heavy eye.i live in italy ,but i am from georgia, its very difficult to visit the ophthalmologist imediately. At the first time i have to visit the doctor of the family then to book the visit with ophthalmologist. It will take more than 2 weeks.Doctor can you tell me if it's dangerous or advice me something.
thank you
If it persists see an eye MD physician ophthalmologist, twice the training.

I saw an optometrist the other day. He seems to think my problems are due to eye strain and was prescribed a pair of glasses so I will see how that goes. As far as the inside of my eyes... he said are good. This must be more of an external thing. Will see how the glasses go and rest my eyes more often after computer and reading.
I would suggest you see an "ophthalmologist" which is a physician Eye MD that does medical and surgical care of the eyes and tissues of the eye socket (eyelids, tear ducts and orbit).
