Hi
I have just been corrected from -20 to +0.75 and -1...this was with IOL implants ...i feel this is best way to go as my catarcts were removed and wil therefore not need catarct surgery in future.
I don't use ICL's at present so I have no experience to draw from. Please do your homework and understand the percentage risk of glaucoma, corneal damage, cataract formation, and retinal detachment.

oops forgot to finish my post, sorry.
Phakic lenses' corrective abilities depend of a multitude of factors. From my research they can correct -5 to -20 diopters (some say -22 or -23 diopters) and +3 to +18 diopters of hyperopia. I'm not 100% sure though about the info.
are you referring to the phakic lenses that get placed in the eye w/o the removal of the natural lens?
