im 31 with glaucoma

I have glaucoma.. I found out two years ago. I didn't even know.. sometimes I feel like my eyes are heavy like preasure.. its the worst and sometimes I can't really see that great. Its like blured.. I found out two weeks ago that I also have chiari malformation could this have cause the glaucoma... what can I do for the heavy feeling in my eyes...

You need to go see a glaucoma specialist to perform gonioscopy and ensure you do not have narrow angles.  If you don't, they could check for signs of veinous congestion and optic nerve abnormalities that could imply the Chiari malformation is affecting your eyes.  Find one at www.aao.org.
