innner ocular pressure

Is it possible for your eye pressure to appear normal at the doctors office but be too high the majority of the time during the day therefor possibly causing damage? Also, can a doctor accurately diagnose glaucoma by measuring pressure if they do not measure the corneal thickness?

No, tonometry readings are just one aspect in determining whether someone has glaucoma. Other tests are necessary to make an accurate diagnosis.
Generally, the IOP varies throughout the day much like your BP, but if it is within normal range at the doctor's office it is unlikely (but not impossible) for it to deviate much outside the normal range.
