my vision is 20/40 i dont want to wear glasses is there any ways to fix this or is there any eye vitamins that i could take?
Don't you think that is an extreme solution? As safe as cataract/replacement surgery is, it is still surgery, and not without risk. Also you don't always get the result you want.
I have a big difference in prescription between my 2 eyes and have had a lazy eye all
my life, used glasses for a while, progressives, but didn't help much. Looking at basic
lens replacement surgery, in and out quickly with small incision. (basic cataract surgery)
Can change the prescrip of bad eye to match the good one. Simplest of eye procedures,
