left eye wobble

Once or twice a year over the last 5 to 6 years and lasts 3 to 6v weeks my left eye vision starts to wobble both up and down and in a circular manor. It's not a slow wobble it is very fast as if it's a trapped nerve. However during that period of 3 to 6 weeks it is constant every minute of the day from when i wake to when i go to sleep. If I raise my eyes upwards as high as possible until it hurts the wobble stops for a few lovely seconds. However on looking downwards it stops until I look up. About 5 years ago i went to an eye shop and they said nothing could be seen so they said it could be an "air bubble" inside the eye.

Its getting worse. Can you assist please

I am going to assume that when you say your eyes wobbles what you mean is that you perceive the visual picture from that eye as moving around, oscillating vertically (up and town) and also circularly.  This has nothing to do with a "trapped nerve" and I'm not sure why you made that assumption.  Your description (assuming I understand you correctly) sounds more like nystagmus.

You need to be seen by an Eye MD who specializes in adult eye muscle problems.  Find one near you using the doctor locator at www.aapos.org.
