eye problem

hi,
i'm 21 years old.i'm using glasses since i was ten because i can't see clearly things which are far from me.two months ago my doctor diagonised me with anisocoria(my left pupilis larger,and it doesn't response in light).in our country its very rare and doctors couldn't answer my queries about it.then i went to him again ,he told me to have a field test.i didn't have it yet .i wanted to know about it more.so please kindly inform me if there is any treatment or any cure?do i have to take any medicines or  eye drops .currently i'm not taking any medicines and since im studing engineering so i have to read a lot, don't get enough time for rest.so please answer as soon you can.
p.s i have pain in my eye sometimes.

hi,
thank you for your reply.i went for a field test and the result was normal.the doctor said it can,t be cured and will be like this for ever. i want to know will it effect my regular life and will it get even bigger by time?by wearing lens can it be not seen?will it effect my brain or other bodyparts?

pupils are equal in size that suddenly become unequal can be a sign of serious neurological disease and serious eye disease. A major work up involving tests and often neurological consultation is appropriate.

One does not treat aniseocoria with surgery and drops are not very helpful.
