Full Smoky Vision not proper at all

Hello my mom had Retinal deatachment Surgery 1 month ago it was all going good but suddenly 2 days ago in morning she faced total smog smoky Vision of the eye which she had treatment after check up Dr is Saying its becoz of bleeding again but after surgery silicon oil and all why its happening wat should wr do any help would be Appreciated..

This is a very difficult problem. Re-bleeds are not uncommon. Only a retina surgeon looking in eye can advise you on 'what to do'.   You can always ask for second opinion if you wish.

He said Its becoz of uncontrolled Sugar level mother sugar is not Controlled properly she doing best insulin and Medicines treatment
That smoky is little better its blood dr told us it will disolve in 1 week else he have to do Surgery again
Any specialists DR help would be best for me wat should i do now improvement since last 2 days is 3-5% .

The smoky vision is the blood.  Usually it goes away but not always especially if mixed with silicon oil.  It would be difficult for a different surgeon to pick up at this point and easiest thing is stick with your original surgeon.  If that doctor has associates you could at some time as his partner(s) to examine your mother for their opinion.
