iol power

Two weeks ago I had one monofocal  AcrvSol IQ iol iimplant that was set at 21.5 and I now have good near vision, but not good distance vision,  the second IOL implant will be et at  20.5 power. When I have surgery on the other eye in a week  will that give me better distance vision?

I read the article twice and still not sure I fully understand how it applies to my question.  Since the IOL in the right eye will be one power less at 20.5 instead of 21.5 wouldn't that make my distance vision better in that eye?
The 21.5 power is in left eye and the 20.5 power will be implanted in the right eye.  My close up and computer vision is good, but 8 foot or so out is a little blurred.  I am hoping the next surgery will make the vision in that eye a little better for distance.
