my eyes are yellow below eye lid only and watery

The whites of my eyes are yellow below the covering eye lid only, underneath eye lid my eyes are white. My
eyes water all the time. In the outer corner of my eyes i can see a watery looking sac.  I work on a computer at least 6hrs daily at work. What could be the problem. Is there any over the counter product that might help.

Thanks

You need to see an ophthalmologist for a full exam.  Could be nothing, but without examining your eyes it would be difficult to comment.  Some systemic problems could lead to yellowing of the white of the eye but swelling and redundancy of the conjunctiva (conjunctivochalasis), sun damage (pingueculum), and swelling of the cunjunctiva could also appear as you describe.  Get a good eye exam and put the question to rest.  You could google image the conditions above to see which you think you have in the meanwhile as you wait for your appointment.
