one eye glows in flash photos

I am an adult female with one eye that glows in photos, looking back over the years I was able to find 15 photos back to 2012 where I have the one (same eye glowing) in photos. I do have an astigmatism in both eyes and I was not wearing glasses/contacts when these photos were taken. I have been to the eye doc for an exam and at 1st, looking into my eyes with a light, he thought he saw something of concern so he then dilated my eyes and then said he could see nothing more than a pale retina, assuring me all is well. I can find web information re: child eye issues when one eye glows but nothing on adults. Should I get a 2nd opinion from a specialist?

As a follow-up to my earlier question, do you believe I have reason for concern?

You do not specify if you saw an optometrist (OD) or an ophthalmologist (MD).  You should see a retina specialist for a complete exam.
